The Mason County Farm Bureau Women’s Committee is dedicated to advancing the role of women in agriculture by promoting community interest in farming through youth education, offering programs and services for Farm Bureau members, and creating opportunities for women to develop leadership skills. The committee also fosters fellowship and camaraderie among members, providing a welcoming space where women can connect, collaborate, and grow together. Recognizing that women are often underrepresented in agriculture, the Women’s Committee works to ensure their voices are heard and valued, encouraging active participation and leadership at every level. Through these efforts, the committee strengthens both the Farm Bureau and the broader community by cultivating knowledge, confidence, and engagement in agriculture.
